Don’t come here if you have any dietary restrictions or enjoy decent service!!

Went here for a new years dinner – fixed menu (€95 per person). Emailed 3 weeks ahead that I was vegetarian (but fish was fine) and they clearly confirmed it would be no problem. Upon arriving (7pm, our time of reservation), they were still setting up – we confirmed the dietary restrictions again. The first course came and we asked again if what we saw was fish – they confirmed… it wasn’t (it was coquilles) – after politely letting them know they said “why didn’t you let us know” (which we did in advance and multiple times on the spot already). The next course was cold tuna (seared but cold so it must have come from the fridge. Then the next course came out… with foie gras on it! (Again, meat…). So they took it away, and gave me a replacement (more like bar food than a fine dining €95 meal). The main course was gambas with pork – we asked again (twice) whether this was going to be a replacement, and they were surprised (again) and went into the kitchen to make sure (as if we didn’t say it 10 times already at every course). The replacement meal was kind of okay – again not the high end meal that was promised, but it seemed fresh in stead of from the fridge/freezer at least.

The desert thank goodness had no meat or seafood, and was good enough.

TLDR: we emailed about the diet and got clear confirmation, told them beforehand twice, and upon getting each dish. Despite that, almost every dish contained meat or seafood upon getting it, and almost all of the replacements were not up to par. We did not get offered anything for the mistakes, not a drink, not a reduction of the price, nothing. Nb my partner is French so all communication was in French and there was no language barrier issue that could’ve caused this
